Account Registration and Management
3.1 Registration Process
To use bd rammy services, you must open an account with accurate and complete information. If the information provided at registration is incorrect or is later found to be false, bd rammy reserves the right to suspend or close that account at any time.
3.2 Password and Security
It is the user's responsibility to keep their account login details strictly confidential. If login details are shared with others, the user bears sole responsibility for any resulting loss. Any suspicious activity must be reported to the support team immediately.
3.3 Right to Close an Account
bd rammy may suspend or cancel an account without notice for the following reasons: breach of these Terms, suspicion of fraud, operating multiple accounts, or attempting to disrupt the normal operation of the platform.
Deposit and Payment Methods
All transactions on bd rammy are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). Accepted deposit methods are: bKash, Nagad and Rocket. Funds can be added to an account quickly and securely through these three mobile banking methods.
- Minimum deposit amount: ৳100 (for each method).
- Every deposit must be made from the user's own mobile banking account — using a third party's account is not permitted.
- bd rammy may verify identity before a deposit is credited.
- If the payment details provided are incorrect, the transaction may be cancelled and bd rammy will not be held responsible in such cases.
Withdrawal and Fund Retrieval
bKash, Nagad or Rocket may be used to withdraw funds from an account. Withdrawals will only be sent to the mobile banking number registered on the account.
- Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000.
- The withdrawal process typically takes 15 minutes to 2 hours to complete.
- Funds that have not met the bonus wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn.
- bd rammy may carry out additional identity verification before processing a withdrawal. This is a standard step in fraud prevention.
- Withdrawals are expected to be made through the same method used for the deposit.
If a user provides incorrect account details or irregular activity is suspected, bd rammy reserves the right to hold or cancel the withdrawal.
Bonuses and Promotional Offers
6.1 Welcome Bonus
bd rammy offers new members a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 adds a ৳2,000 bonus and brings the account balance to ৳3,000; to withdraw this bonus, bets totalling 20 times the bonus amount — that is, ৳40,000 — must be placed.
6.2 General Bonus Terms
- Each bonus has specific wagering requirements; until these are met, the bonus amount cannot be withdrawn.
- A bonus amount is never equivalent to cash — it only becomes withdrawable after the specified conditions are fulfilled.
- bd rammy reserves the right to change or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time.
- A user may not claim the same bonus more than once.
- If bonus abuse is suspected, bd rammy reserves the right to cancel the bonus and suspend the relevant account.

6.3 VIP and Cashback
bd rammy's VIP program has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. Weekly cashback is available at each tier, calculated based on the net loss for that week. Cashback is added as a bonus and carries its own wagering requirements.
Gaming and Betting Rules
7.1 Slots and Casino Games
bd rammy offers games from many reputable providers including PG Soft, Pragmatic Play, JILI and Evolution. Each game has its own rules and RTP, which can be viewed after launching the game. Game outcomes are entirely random and determined by a technically impartial process.
7.2 Sports Betting
In sports betting, odds are pre-set and the odds displayed at the time a bet is placed are final. bd rammy reserves the right to cancel or recalculate bets due to technical errors or unusual circumstances.
7.3 System Errors
If a game result is displayed incorrectly due to a technical error, bd rammy reserves the right to void that result and provide the correct outcome. Any excess payments made as a result of an error may be reclaimed.
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bd rammy platform:
- Operating more than one account under the same identity.
- Strategically placing bets against oneself or placing coordinated bets across multiple accounts with the intent of obtaining bonuses.
- Using another person's identity or payment details.
- Interfering with, hacking, or conducting any unauthorised technical activity on the platform's software.
- Conducting transactions using funds from illegal sources.
- Attempting to harass or harm other users.
If any of the above activities are identified, bd rammy may immediately close the relevant account and withhold any outstanding funds.
Privacy and Data Protection
bd rammy treats the protection of users' personal data as a top priority. Information provided on the platform is used solely for service delivery, identity verification and support purposes.

Limitation of Liability
bd rammy is not responsible for any loss arising from the following situations:

- A game ending mid-session due to loss of internet connection or a problem with the user's device.
- Temporary service disruption resulting from unexpected technical failures.
- Loss arising from a user's breach of any provision of these Terms.
These limitations apply to bd rammy and all of its officers, partners and representatives.
Amendment of Terms
bd rammy reserves the right to amend, revise or update these Terms at any time. Users will be notified through the platform where possible in the case of significant changes.
If a user continues to use the service after changes take effect, they will be considered to have accepted the new Terms. Users are advised to check this page regularly.
Severability and Entire Agreement
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable for any reason, the remaining Terms will remain fully in force even with that specific provision removed.
These Terms, the Privacy Policy and the individual terms of each bonus or promotion together form the entire agreement between bd rammy and the user. Any promises or understandings given verbally or informally outside these Terms are not binding.
